Human Resources' activities are guided by an emphasis on the fact that the individuals working for Dexcel Pharma are the company's most important asset. The company fosters and constantly invests in its relationship with employees. Human Resources deal with the following: recruitment, training, employee contracts, organizational development, welfare and maintenance.
The department guides each employee from initial employment through the entire duration of employment. Dexcel Pharma is proud of its "open door" policy, whereby each worker in the company feels they are able to approach Human Resources and find the support they need.
Accompanying recruitment process, sorting of resumes, performing personal interviews, daily contact with recruitment agencies, updating the computer system. Contact with many different departments within the organization, receiving new employees.
